Browsing data. Web servers and hosting infrastructure automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and timestamps. This data is used for security and to keep the site running.

Analytics data. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects pseudonymised statistics about how the site is used (pages viewed, session duration, approximate location, device). IP anonymisation is enabled.

Contact and print orders. When you write by email or start a WhatsApp conversation from the Shop, the data you send (name, contact details, shipping address, message content) is processed to answer you and to fulfil the order.

• Analytics and audience measurement — your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
• Replying to enquiries and handling print orders — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b).
• Accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

Data may be processed by service providers acting as data processors: the hosting provider, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), email and messaging providers (Google / WhatsApp). Some of them may transfer data outside the EU; in that case transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Data is never sold.

Technical logs: up to 12 months. Analytics data: up to 14 months. Emails and order correspondence: as long as needed for the relationship and any legal obligation (normally 10 years for accounting documents).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
